Right away! Our Cervical Traction Stretcher will stretch out your neck, relive the tension on pain points and slowly relax cramped up knots in your neck. Stretch at least 7 minutes per day consistently for even better results.
1. Place the stretcher on a flat surface where you can lay down, preferably on the ground, with the c-opening facing away from you. (You can use a yoga mat too.)
2. Slowly lower yourself onto the stretcher and place your head in the middle so that you can feel the support base of the stretcher with your upper back.
3. Stretch both of your hands outwards and bend your elbows in 90 degrees so that the back of your hand is on the floor. Rest in this position for a few minutes.
4. Then stretch both of you arms over your head out.
5. Relax and feel the massage.

I purchased this pillow in December 2020 and wanted to wait to write my review. I was in a car accident 2 years ago and now suffer from migraines. I lost my therapy device stretcher thing I bought from the chiropractor. I decided to try this pillow instead. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually worked. I used it a week straight for 10 minutes each day. I can't remember when my last migraine was. Now I do get those random sinus headaches but not the migraines caused by my neck injury. I highly recommend this pillow. Put some soft music on and relax for 10 minutes. Enjoy a migraine free life :)

Love this product! I’ve been dealing with a lot of neck pain for about 6 months. Acupuncture and chiropractor didn’t fix it but helped some. Chiropractor feels it’s a good product. I am not as consistent as I should be but it certainly does help when I do! My neck hump is noticeably better.

It definitely lives up to the name! I'm a nurse and we put people in traction all the time... its definitely where your neck is the most comfortable. I put it behind my neck when I watch TV so its super easy to get those 7 minutes a day in. I wish I found this sooner!
